As was one of the lucky attendees at this years Vegan Women Summit in Los Angeles, I was elated to personally speak with a few of the inspiring female panelists; youth activists Genesis Butler and Lana Weidgenant, Miyoko's Creamery founder Miyoko Schinner as well as actresses Alicia Silverstone and Emily Deschanel. Discussing their activism and contributions to the vegan space was a real treat.
Writer Elisabeth Hower spoke with Author and VWS founder Jenny Stojkovic. They discuss living compassionately, her award winning book "The Future of Food is Female", the growing plant-based food tech industry and more!
